Amelia Island Fishing Spots

This public access is located on North Fletcher. The access has parking for ten to fifteen cars, and it's a short walk over the boards to the water. (map).

The beach drops off more quickly in this location than it does farther south. Our all time favorite location for surf fishing (now closed to parking) is about a quarter of a mile north of this spot; an area that was very productive for whiting, at least before the parking lot got closed.
